1. HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO BE DELIVERED?
All orders are delivered within 1-5 business days. Since all products are manually prepared, delivery is never instant but always handled with care and accuracy.

2. WHAT HAPPENS IF YOUR AMAZON ORDER IS DELAYED MORE THAN 5 BUSINESS DAYS?
If your order is not delivered within 5 business days, you can reach out to our Telegram. Orders over $100 may qualify for a $20 compensation, or you can choose to receive a discount on your next purchase.

3. WHAT IS THE WARRANTY POLICY?
All accounts come with a 72-hour warranty, which applies only if the account becomes unusable (“dies”) without any usage from the buyer.
